I Am Trying To Rip MP3 VBR From A Original SoundTrack Using dMC Audio CD Input. I Aready Done This:

And Ripped But It Rips CBR For Me:mad:

Maybe if you select another quality you have VBR.
With max quality you have min and max bitrate at 320 Kb/s, and always 320 Kb/s is CBR.

Look back at your first image. If the minimum bit rate is 320 and the maximum bite rate is 320, there is nothing left between! The whole file will be 320, thus CBR.

So For Example, The Minium Should Be Set To 192kb/s And The Max To 320Kb/s

That may work. I'm afraid I am not really very familiar with powerAMP.

A suggestion though - look again at your first image, on the right hand side. I suggest that you try one of the presets with Lame. You should certainly get acceptable results that way.

What exactly are you trying to achieve?
