convert Ac3 to Mp3 audio in xvid avi file

Is there any way to convert a movie (xvid/ac3) to (xvid/mp3)??

Hi!

1) Load the file into VirtualDubMOD

2) From the "Video" dropdown menu, select "Direct Stream Copy"

3) From the "Streams" dropdown menu, click on "Stream List" and then rightclick on the audiostream and select "Full Processing mode"

4) Rightclick on the audiostream again and select "Compression" - and select the format and settings you desire (You may have to put a checkmark in the box labeled "Show all formats"). Click on "OK"

5) Save with a new filename
