To allow experimenting with encoding with out going broke buying write once media.

Took me a while to figure out what you were saying there. I agree though. Lots of times I waste so many discs trying to get something right, and then I just smack my head and think, "why didn't I just use an RW disc?!"

i'm hanging out for DVD+RW DL here... those discs are still so expensive, and it's so easy to bugger up burning them if you're not concentrating.

woohoo. i've been using them a lot for testing field order and for titlesafe on the TV for my DVDs.
