replace audio in a .ts file

I have a 1080i .ts file with stereo audio, and I have a .ac3 file that I would like to replace the stereo audio with.

Is there a simple tool to just remux the ac3 file into the existing .ts file? I would like to keep it as a .ts file if possible.
