This is similar to my wmv9 thread. I love the xvid codec - even has little hints on most everything - and all of it is in a foriegn language as far as I'm concerned. So I was wondering if there was a tutorial covering this codec in detail somewhere, or if someone could tell me the absolute best settings for highest quality picture, highest possible compression, and best mouse tracking. So far I have it on single pass, unrestricted, general purpose, 4.0 quality and am getting around 300-500 kilobytes for a 10 second file or so. But there are about a million options and I know enabling the right ones, or disabling the right ones, or putting in the right settings will get me an even smaller file size and I just need some advice in this regard.
