I have just burned first CCE encoded PAL DVD. When the disc is played back on PC DVD playback software to the computer monitor the frame size is perfect (720x576). When I play on a DVD set top player. The picture is not centered. It is shifted quite a few pixels to the left, thus making all the chapter menus off centre and the left hand side graphics almost off the screen.
Anyone else came across this? and can point me in the right direction please.
