i try to install the Elecard h.264 encoder but it dont appear in virtualdub's list... It's normal?

A video enocder will only appear in VirtualDub's list when it's written as a Video for Windows codec.

but the elecard encoder dont are the "mainconcept vfw version"?

The Elecard Encoder is a Directshow Encoder not VFW

You could try to use it with Graphedit.
