FFDShow: Realtime AC3 encoding NOT working with high profil MP4 (but MAIN nero works)

So I have had this in another thread but thought my testing would be helpful:

Test 1 softare
x264+megui+neroaac ->mp4 containers from HD content MPEG2 streams

Test 2: Nero Recode 7 (the latest) Main Profile, all options
The target AAC was "automatic VBR 0.5" to transcode the Ac3 to aac for the MP4 under MEGUI

I used 220 for the Nero encodes for audio:

Test

HDTV MPEG2 Batman and Star Wars Ep III -> MP4 4.7GB (2.5:1 compression)

FFDshow verifed in graphedit to be teh sole audio decoding source for aac. Both libraries tries (realaac and libaac) Nero (or purevideo) for video

Test #1: High Profile HQ Slow preset:

1. The graph looks great
2. Fist frame shown then freeze - no audio. This is under graphedit or WMPlayer

Demux and remux with YAMB - same

1 pass encoding Megui FAST (main profile) - FFDShow decodes in realtiem the aac to AC3 640kbit and works great

Test 2: Nero Recode: Mp4 plays FINE.

There is the same issue wtih some apple trailers.

If you use (and uninstall FFDshow) Nero Audio 6 channel ->AC3Filter Alpha (the 1.02) -> Ac3 it works for ALL MP4 files.

Hardare:
AMD X2 4400 (2.4ghz)
2GB RAM
7800GTX
Purevideo
Nero 7
FFDshow (using either AAC library)
XP SP2


I would prefer using the FFDshow audio due to all thefeatures and the 640 encoding (vs 384 of the AC3Filter)

Suggestions??
