how can i create a lyric for mp3 files?

What do you mean by "create lyric"? Do you mean write words to go along with some music? That is usually considered to be a function of human creativity, although I suppose some kind of artificial intelligence application might be able to produce something silly.

oh my friend, i tried softwares like JetAudio and Song Sheet but i didn't get good result that was my desire.

please play this midi file(Attachment) in Winamp to understand what i say but i am not sure that is be possible with mp3 files but when softwares like JetAudio support this feature with Mp3 format, it means that it is possible with all the hassles.
