Nokia D Box

Can someone tell me what this is. I was told if I plug this in to my NTL via the PC I could get cable TV at a very cheap rate!!. Is this true?

As far as I'm aware, there is a "cable" (DVB-C) version of Nokia's d-box, which should be capable of receiving some of NTL's "un-encrypted" channels...

However, the bulk of NTL's channels are "encrypted" with NagraVision, which the d-box does not support :(
