Unless you really have a good reason to use graphedit, you could use DVRMSToolbox http://www.videohelp.com/tools?tool=DVRMSToolbox I am not 100% certain it's lossless, but the filesizes are really close and it's really fast.

DVRMSToolbox is not working for me
as am running x64 edtion of windows xp
it has worked before but someone updated somethig in something to pach to not-allow-x64!!! :scared:

.dvr-ms is .wmv/.asf with mpeg-2 video
you should be able to extract the raw stream with mplayer or ffmpeg i assume
