CCE resize problem

Hi, I'm using virtualdub (VD) frame serving CCE and after configuring VD to resize the movie to 480*576 CCE resize it again to 4:3 or 16:9, is there any way to make CCE to use the resolution that VD serves?

I may be wrong but it should be SAR 1:1.
BTW I think the 4:3, 16:9 or 1:1 SAR are related only to aspect ratio not resize.
In the video prop. dialog there are two check box for the resize for half vertical and half horizontal, if checked both you get 352X288 (PAL). This is the only resize CCE can do, that's why you need to resize with VDub to get 480X576 for svcd.

Beware I am an absolute newbie to CCE thus wait for more experienced answer to be sure.
