MeGUI playback problem

After having bad luck with Nero Recode, I decided to give MeGUI and X264 a try.

After I finish encoding a VOB file (using the One Click Encoder), the file won't play in Media Player Classic (pressing play in MPC does nothing, and the window is huge), but works fine in Quick Time.

I'm using CE-Baseline (if that matters), and I've only had this problem with MeGUI.

probably your directshow avc decoder is not working or it's improperly set up.
quicktime does not use directshow decoders so it works without problems.
