I used DVDWise before and now went to Scenarist 2.51.
I encoded a small m2v file in TMPEG 2.02 and when importing this to
Scenarist I am getting the following error:

Error F:\test2.m2v
Error : Number of fields (32) in GOP(# 59) or between sequence_header_code should be equal or smaller than 30.

Info 0 file(s) accepted, 1 file(s) rejected

Does anyone know what this means or how to get rid of it. I tried several solutions in TMPEG 720x576 480x576 352x576 but it did not matter. I was using 2pass VBR.

Please help,

It means your GOP sequence is too long.

Go into TMPGEnc and click on the GOP tag in the "Settings". Reduce the sequence by 2 (I would suggest dropping the number of 'B' frames) and you should be able to load the results.
