"Running compressibility test" doesn't stop!

Hi,

I used to use AutoGK with no problems, until now.

Now whatever avi I run through it, I get to the "Running compressibility test" part and that's as far as it gets. I've let this stage run for a few hours, and still nothing.

Anyone have any ideas what's gone wrong?
