Problem converting mov files

I'm using a program called allok Mov converter to convert mov files into avi files, happens that the avi files I get are full of problems, wrong time, freezing and some are even unreadable by te WMP, what should I do? Is that a problem with my video codecs?

If you bought it from them, why not ask them first?

If you're using the trial, why not dump it and try MeGUI, a free software that can do the same thing? (Though you might need to click a few more buttons.)
