I use Avisynth w/GreedyHMA, and was wondering what the optimal settings (.avs)would be for encoding mostly Pro-Wrestling (don't laugh) TV/VHS.
I capture at 640x480, and would like to keep it SVCD (480x480). I would like to know some information on some CCE 2.5 settings, which would give better quality, etc. Under video, what is good to have checked? Right now I just us the default (first two boxes checked). Can someone explain Lum Level, Intra DC and Timecode to me? I use 0-255, 8, and 0's for timecode. For quality I use 0 (complex) and a noise reduction of 10.
Thanks for any information.
