newbie question : hi only have the vobs (help)

hi there,

i'm a total newbie to dvd-authoring. here is my problem:

i have a collection of VOB files (and only VOB files) that are essentially different scenes from different movies. i used Smartripper to extract the vob files per chapter to my hard disk.

what is the easiest way to compile several vob files into a DVD-R that will play like a regular DVD movie - hopefully with each scene as a separate chapter. again, i don't have any .ifo files or anything, just the VOB files.

First - demux all the VOB's to m2v and ac3 files. I use TMPGEnc, but bbmux or vobedit will work too. Import those files into Scenarist(or your choice of DVD authoring software, such as Maestro), set up the dvd however you want, and voila!
