WM 9 Encoder Help?

Before I do a live webcam stream is there a way in WME to put up a slate/image before your show starts and then after your show ends for you to put up an ending image?

Create a 5sec slide show using 1 pictire (fade in, fade out) and add it to the encoder clip list.
You can use Photodex ProShow to do it.
