Hi all,
sorry I don't know which group is more appropriate for this matter, so I post it here...
I know graphedit can open URL of wmv files, is there a way to open other formats such as DivX avi? That is is there any DirectShow source filter able to open DivX (or Xvid ...) videos via HTTP ??
Thank You very much in advance!

i just tried with haali's splitter. It works for avi (at least with a "LAN URL" of the form http://192.168.x.y/blah.avi)

Thank You very much!!
I had Haali already installed, but without AVI support enabled!
Great splitter indeed!
Anything similar for audio files e.g. mp3?

A splitter is only only needed when you have multiple streams in one file (ie video+audio), like what you typically have in a container format (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Container_format). "Raw" audio formats like *.mp3 and *.aac typically have/support only one stream, so there is no need for a splitter :)
