Hauppauge Nexus-S and ac3

Hi.

When I record with my Nexus-S, the ac3 sound ends up in a separate file and the video and regular MPEG audio ends up in the pva file. The ac3 file seems to be slightly ut of sync with the pva file and Project X spits out a gazillion sync errors although it seems to play fine. I would like to mux this ac3 file with the pva and create a PS stream. Does anyone know what tools to use and what procedure to follow to accomplish this?

Because AC3 audio file is not really compliant with MPEG2 Program Stream
container (*.mpg). You can not mux it because you don't have the good
software to mux it (it is possible to use Directshow filter for this).
