Hi there.
First I will start with the windows problem:
I have Windows XP SP2 (German) and I'm getting all the time this message: (Sorry it's German)
http://img48.imageshack.us/img48/1416/photo14kt.jpg (http://imageshack.us)
This suppose to happen when one press "Shift" more than 5 times, but I'm not doing anything!! ...and the messege comes all the time and don't know what to do.
I've tried already antivirus program and everything is clean. It's really driving me crazy.

Now the video problem:
I've made long ago a XviD back up of Superman I (I think I used ARCalculator), video is ok, but audio is a mp3 VBR, and I wanted to demux the audio to convert it to CBR (Compatibility with a pocket media player). The film is about 2:30hs, but when I extract the audio using VirtualDubMod I get a mp3 over 9hs long... :scared:
Also the the kb/s is not right: In the film is a 124 Kb/s VBR and after demuxig the mp3 is under 50 Kb/s.
I could rip the DVD again and extract the audio, I just wanted to save time.
Can somebody help me with this problems.
Thanks in advance!

Your "Sticky Keys" problem could be due to a problem with your keyboard, an incompatibility with a KVM switch (something I've experienced) or a problem with a keyboard software. I use something called a ZBoard, which has some really neat and useful features, but the software continually caused problems, so now it's basically a regular keyboard which I can lift out the keys to rinse them off if I spill something on it.

As far as your audio problem, try using Full processing mode and saving it directly to .WAV, then you can convert it to your format of choice.

Thanks CWR03!
I'll try your suggestions and I'll let you know.
If it's a problem with the keyboard it self, is going to be complicated: It's a Laptop.

I demux the mp3 as wav, the result was ok, at least a 2:30hs long audio file, but the final wav was 124Kb/s :(
About the other problem, I am not sure but I think that message could be trigged by a trojan called "FastClick"... can somebody confim this?
Greetings!

Yeah, its a mp3 with .wav extension, simply rename to .mp3... ;)

Thanks Soulhunter for you reply.
Problem with video solved.
I'm still having the problem with the key, I thought in the beginning that it was a Trojan as I said avobe, but not. I think it has something to do with the drivers.
Something very strange is happening, I noticed in the last days:
I supossed to have four icons:

Microsoft shield, Audio driver, Yamaha driver and external sound card "Creative Extigy" respectivelly.

But the most of the times I get only two icons:

Could be possible that a driver is not loading?
Very strange though.

control panel -> accessability

Shut off the shortcuts for sticky keys, and the other annoying junk. You'll never have a problem again. :)

As for your taskbar icons.. check the processes in the taskmanager. If the number of processes (after startup) remains constant, then explorer is just forgetting about some taskbar icons, it happens. If the number of processes is not the same, then you have a problem.

Thanks gameplaya15143, I shut off at the moment, the shortcut of pressing 5 time shift. Now it's ok.
About the icons I will try your suggestion.
Thanks again. :)
