Well, I'd rather ask something like : what do you want to know about torrent files ? The bittorrent protocol in itself isn't illegal, it's just plain P2P. Some gaming sites offer game demos/movies for download using bittorrent, and even linux distro sites use the bittorrent protocol to distribute isos.

Out of the scope of general discussion ? What's the weather like at your place mate ? ;)
