Clustering GKnot! An Idea! TheWef please read!

I made a (unfinished) solution how GKnot may work with distributed clustering.

Maybe someone of the Developers of GKnot contact me, I didn´t found any sources for the project at all.

Do you realise, what would happen to bitrate/quantizer distribution in a movie if you cut it up to several pieces and encode them separately?

I wouldn't want that ...I use 2-pass for a reason. ;)

Besides, you can already achieve this manually if you really want this.

(now, another thing would be to combine the log files and run an analyser against that, split again etc, but I believe that definitely is not in the scope for GKnot and besides, would be a *itch to code, especially since the log files will probably change in the future anyway)
