Intervideo DVD Copy 5 Platinum...

...now supports "MPEG4/H264-HD" according to the spec sheet. Has anyone tried it yet? Encoder used? I don't have a chance to try it myself right now so I though I'd ask the pros....

Had a quick look at it myself, I'd say don't waste your time with it....

I'll have my own look at it too, but they're damn silly : 53MB app contains 15MB of bundled google software (desktopsearch and google toolbar in each available language T_T) (just use winrar to decompress the setup file, you'll see what's in there :))

I'd like to see High Profile in there ... *digging* xD

dunno about the AVC part, but I've tried ripping a DVD to DivX (not DivX avi) and I took all night to accomplish a mere 20% ...

Nothing is really configurable :
e.g. the divx format only offer's 3 encoding profiles, and no possible customization ...

Indeed, don't bother too much with it :/
