View Full Version : How can I capture the output of MPC

I have some old .rm files that are just unwatchable, however with lots of tweaks, nvidia digital vibrancy at 60% or so The Haali renderer, ffdshow, bicubic resizing etc I can make them look great . . . so long as they are playing in Media Player Classic on my setup.

So I would like to capture that output and then encode it with a more widely used format. I thought about SDP multimedia but I think that's strictly for wmv files. Does anyone have any thoughts? It would not surprise me if I'm missing something really obvious.

Thank You

You could try (expensive) "Camtasia" or, I believe "Fraps"...

Or you could just use directshowsource in avisynth and replicate the work you did, only with significantly more advanced filters than just what you can get working for realtime playback. Plus you can still keep your ffdshow configuration that way.

I'd just use Capturewiz!
