Megui and Matroska splitter question

Hi. I've read in the guides that I need to load .mp4 video files via DirectoShowSource() command in my script file. It works fine, but every time i press any button on Megui (like "autoencode" or "queue" - more and more matroska splitters appear in the status bar and all of them active. Look:

Megui consumes enormous amount of memory (400mb+) compared to same resolution file loaded w/ avisource().
What can i do?

Something is wrong. Are you using the latest version of the splitter (7 May)? If not, update here: http://haali.cs.msu.ru/mkv/
