Small add to XMpeg guide

Hi Doom9,
since there are many people in the Flask forum that asks why XMpeg says that YV12 overlay can't be used I would advice to add how make it work :

1) Enter Global Project Options
2) select YV12 in the Post Processing page, a message saying that overlay is disabled will show, click ok.
3) Click OK to apply the settings.
4) Re-enter the Global Project Options and go to the General page
5) Now the Option "Overlay (Automatic for YUY2 or YV12)" should be enabled, check it and OK to apply settings
6) now you should be able to see.

okay.. however, preview should actually slow encoding down as the preview also takes a couple of cpu cycles.

Yes, you can notice it when you click Display Output, the fps goes down, but I like to enable the output to see at what point encoding is :p
