How can I rip DVD that doesn't recognized by windows

I have a DVD that works fine on my old Hyunday HU2020 DVD player.
The move is very basic, no menus and stuff.

BUT, the DVD is not recognized by windows.
No program in my windows can recognize this DVD.
(Nero can tell that there is one session and the disk is closed, but that’s it).
Apparently it is a different file system or something.

My question is how can I rip this movie?

I guess it is a DVD-Camera recording. Maybe DVDRAM?

If it's DVDRam, you likely need either a DVD_ROM or DVD burner that's capable of reading that format...

And a DVDRAM driver to go with it.

Many newer drives support DVDRAM, notably LG. It is a very convenient format for data storage (but useless for DVD_Video).

The DVD is home made DVD. It was burn on regular 8x DVD+R 4.7GB/120Min

My DVD burner is LG GSA-4167B (all DVD Formats DVD+-R/RW DVD-RAM)

I just found out that this DVD is readable by windows (I tested it on a different computer), so I guess it is not a special format that is not readable by windows, but a fluke that didn't work on my DVD reader.
