I ran a DVD through VobBlanker and then remembered about a couple of things I forgot to blank, so I imputed the previous output and Processed the DVD a second time.

Ought this work OK?

Is there any potential reduction in quality from running through VobBlanker twice?

Yes, it should work OK, providing you have kept all the files together. The easiest way to do is to tick "Use input folder". VobBlanker (http://jsoto.posunplugged.com/vobblanker.htm) can not reduce the quality of your rip.

Thanks. I wound up redoing the whole thing from scratch this time anyway though because it seemed MenuShrink wouldn't accept VobBlanker Output, so I wound up redoing it with running MenuShrink first then VobBlanker.

Just a simple question that cames to my mind.

What are the advantages of reducin menues with MenuShrink ? (Never tried it yeet, suppose I'll try it soon.)

I always reduce menus by stilling them directly with VB if I have to reduce menues.

I suppose I'm missing something...

MenuShrink was the first program able to do that. It has a very easy GUI. Jeanl (the author) has developed the method with the help of mpucoder, jsoto and me.

Jsoto has added the same function, using exactly the same method in VobBlanker almost at the same time. Unless MenuShrink, you have to select explicitly each PGC you want to convert to still.

DVD Remake has now also the same function, but you must pay for it!

I guess it was me that was missing something. I didn't know that if one stilled the menu in VobBlanker the buttons still worked. I thought I had to use MenuShrink for that.

yep, I was wondering "Why this guy uses two apps when he can use just one ?".

Now we know ;)
