Does it work in them? I would imagine there would be no problems with VMWare, but it can't be the fastest since you are emulating an OS.

At least DVD rebuilder works. Search for DVD rebuilder in this forum and you'll find this thread: http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=95199. I have no idea if cce works, but quenc and HC does.

I have run CCE in Wine OK tested on a short clip was a bit slower than running in XP on the same machine, but to be excpected I guess.

DVD rebuilder I have installed in Wine OK and the GUI fires up OK but have never used it in anger suspect it maybe problematic as it calls several different apps during the backup process process.

I'm using MEPIS and Wine 0.9.16 and DVD-RB 1.09.3 and it show up an error wichever dvd file I try to open : "DVD RB experienced an error opening IFO" or something like that ! I tried opening a RIP I had on my WinXP partition and it's the same thing , if I try directly from WinXP no problems at all with the same files !! Is there someone could point me to the solution ? Thanks in advance !!!!

Try moving the input files to within the Wine c_drive (or is it drive_c) filesystem

Let me know the outcome

Thanks Mark , problem solved in another way !!! I Followed directions found in post #2 of this thread , the only thing I had to change was to not use "native" for ole32.dll , only for oleaut32.dll. Thanks anyway !!!

Don't know if it works w/CCE as I've seen issues w/EclCCE !!!
