Looking for a SCR, PTS, DTS monitor

Hi all!
I am looking for a SCR, PTS and DTS monitor tool. I wanted to see how the values of SCR, PTS and DTS change from one VOB to another.
I have been studying the behaviors of those time stamps when changing vobs ( linked seamlessly and non-seamlessly ) for a while now, and still have no idea.

DGIndex can dump all the PTS and DTS timestamps, although Dmitry's idea is probably more practical for your application.

Thank you, Mr(s) Dmitry! I have been using VobEdit for a while now. Great tool indeed.
I should have given more details. Actually the tool I am looking for, is a tool which is capable of displaying the time stamps on a graph. I have tried to build a tool using Visual C++ 6, but I am stuck.
