Avisynth Premiere (audio has disappeared)

I was working with an avisynth file in Adobe Premiere Pro. About half way through I decided to go and resize the original avs file. I misspelled lanczosresize and accidentally saved without checking. Premiere crashed immediately and I went back and deleted the change to the avs file and reopened Premiere. The project was still intact, but the sound had disappeared. Anyone know a way of fixing this? Or am I stuck at restarting the project?

Delete the contents of Premiere's scratch folder. That will force Premiere to rebuild the audio track (like it does whenever you import audio).
