I am new to this app so bear with me. I installed it, and installed AVIsynth 2.5 as instructed, and DGDecode.dll

Question 1) I cannot for the life of me, find anything in the Help as to how to integrate AVIsynth with this program. There is no AVS file that is automatically installed in the AVIsynth or the DVDRB folder. And I see no help on creating an avs file with Notepad (i.e. the lines of text needed). I believe it needs to somehow reference DGDecode.dll as a filter.

Question 2) Now, when I start up the app, it sees my DVD drive and the DVD, and it has all buttons greyed out except "Backup". Why can't I click "Encode" or "Rebuild" ?

Question 3) It shows the size as 6.1 GB which is to big to fit on a DVD-5 yet I see no options to compress the video

Question 4) OK so I tried clicking the only lit button, "Backup" - as soon as I click it, DVD-RB instantly closes. I tried using AnyDVD to make sure it was receising decrypted streams - no help. I tried useing a decrypted DVD structure that I ripped to my hard drive first - no help. I always instantly closes with no explanation.

Any help here? I would do a ton of research first - but there is just too much going on here for me to tackle and I feel I need some help. TIA

1. Use the installer. It sets AVISYNTH up and integrates it seamlessly for you.

2. Because it defaults to "One Click" operation. If you want to use three-click you need to deselect "One-Click" under the "Mode" menu.

3. You are apparently trying to use a pirated version. It shuts down when it sees you aren't registered.
