I'm using GordianKnot 0.35.0 on a Pentium 4 (3Ghz) with 1GB Ram and encounter this problem when encoding with Divx5.1:
When I want to add a job to encoder resp. start encoding I get this message:
First pass settings are not set and defaults are not present. Please set first pass settings.
after this is done, the following message comes up:
Second pass settings are not set and defaults are not present. Please set second pass settings.
I did it. But: when trying to add a second movie to the encoder list I get those 2 messages again, although I saved my settings in Divx5.1.
This is very strange because there are two files with default settings in the GordianKnot folder.
C:\Program Files\GordianKnot0350\default_divx5_firstpass.settings
C:\Program Files\GordianKnot0350\default_divx5_secondpass.settings
More strange: when I copy these 2 files to another PC with GordianKnot0350 there are no such problems and messages.
Any help is welcome.
