I put a dvd through PgcDemux then Muxman to change the order of audio from Audio 1 (AC3) and Audio 2 (LPCM) to Audio 1 (LPCM) for Audio 2 (AC3). That worked fine except I noticed audio was out of sync. I went and had a look at PgcDemux and it showed audio delay as Audio 1 shows 0xA0 ->-343 msecs and Audio 2 as 0x81 ->- 288 msecs.

I then went to Muxman and manually entered the number in the delay box. -288 for Audio 1 (AC3) and -343 for Audio 2 (LPCM). However Muxman would not let me enter a value of more than -300. When I typed -343 it changed to -300. Is there a solution or do you think difference between 300 and 343 would not be noticeable.

Hello, and welcome to the forum-

Is there a solution...

One solution would be to fix the delay before muxing by using AC3 Delay Corrector:

you could also use jsoto's utility delaycut which is a slightly more enhanced version of delay corrector
