DVD Shrink problem !

Hi recently I copied a dvd (for my own use in car) dvd shrink worked perfectly,now when I tried another ,this is what happens..Before shrink used to do it's thing,then the drawer would open and I removed the movie and placed in a blank,everything was ok !
Now when it does it's thing,the drawer stays shut and I get a notice where the copied disk is on file. Why won't it work as before,is it something I have done? or how can I burn to a blank with the info I get? Thank you Bob K.

You probably changed the settings to save it to your hard drive.

Thaks for your reply "dialysis1" I have D/loaded a new version of DVD shrink but it still does not operate as before.
Could you please explain in language suitable for a newby how to rectify any changes to the settings to my hard drive.

When you click on Backup, you will have the option to save it in a folder or ISO on your hard drive and the option to burn with either ImgBurn or Nero (I don't know which one you use). This link may help:
