Can someone explain to me what the TV scale setting actually does? From the readme it seems like it raises the black value from (0,0,0) to (16,16,16), but if I use the Virtualdub filter "Levels" to scale input levels from 0-255 to 16-255 it is much brighter than what DVD2AVI does. I use TV out and I really like the way the TV scale function works, it is not too dark but not washed out with brightness either.
