but can someone explains me how to change my external driver from H: to E: (by exemple)

the problem is: each time i plug my ext HD on the USB, it changes his own destination name.

by chance my internal hard drive stay with C:

Try this:

execute: C:\windows\system32\compmgmt.msc /s
Then search for Disk management (pure guess: I use a french version of WinXP - don't know the exact words)

Right-click "My Computer" -> Manage -> Disk Management.
