Convert to DV

Is there any way to convert .VOB files to DV AVI? I was told to edit in Adobe Premiere this would be the best way, I'm running on windows otherwise I would just you final cut.

Use DGMPGDec to serve the video into VirtualDub. Install a DV codec, such as Cedocida, available at my web site (see the Hosted section). Encode to DV from VirtualDub.

How do you encode to DV in V-Dub?

Install the DV codec, e.g., Cedocida. Then select that codec in Video/Compression. Finally, do Save AVI.

It's no different from using any other codec.
