What do to use when encoding 1cd movies - 3.11 or 4.11?
I mean movie size 90-100 min with no more problem scenes.

3.11 would be the best choice as it gives the best video quality, but it really depends on your own eyes for which codec looks better.

I think in same way like you - but i find 1cd movies lock not sharp enough compared to 4.11. Do you have same impression?

Depends on what resize filter you're using :).

Depends on what resize filter you're using :). But generally I just prefer 3.11, not because it's shaper but I use it a lot more often, and DivX 4 is still being updated all the time and is comparable to 3.11, so there's no compelling reason to switch over... yet.

Maybe u should try test ecode small portion of some film with both codecs, and wich ever codec produces better results on a given filesize and pleases ur eyes i suggest u use that.
