Searching for vc-1 source codec,thanks!

For my course final project,i need to study vc-1 source codec.
Is any open source codec for vc-1 just like jm for H.264 available?
If this exists,please tell me where i can get it.

AFAIK only Microsoft has a working implementation of VC-1 and it's not open souce.
