I 've used ifoedit to mux (author) an m2v file (encoded with cce, 8500 max bitrate), an ac3 audio stream and 2 subpictures streams and i got the well known error: "too many dropped frames".
Then i tried muxman but the authoring proccess stopped at some point too, with the message: "probably exceeding bitrate".
What's wrong? Is there a program that i can author a dvd with?

I also tried Rejig and i successfully managed to author the dvd, but the subpictures are not displayed corectly.
Also, the final size was 4,45 GB, when the video + audio + subs size is 4,36 GB. So, i wonder who much space is needed for the muxing proccess?
