Hi,

I have created a few DVD movies and some of them do not run properly. It either freezes at some point or some color bars on the right side of the screen. I just waste DVD disks.

Could you please advise an easy to use program to check whether a VOB file is corrupt before creating a DVD movie? I know that PgcEdit can do this but it looks like it is a little complicated for a non-technical person like myself.

Thank you!

I have created a few DVD movies and some of them do not run properly. To isolate where/when your problems are arising, try playing the hard drive version of your creation, using a software DVD player, BEFORE burning to DVD...

Thank you!

Sorry that my question was not quite clear. I meant to find the problem and to be able to fix it.

Well, that's part of diagnosing it. If you have made a bad disk but the VOBs play OK from the HDD, then you may have a bad DVD burner, or your software is misbehaving. If it is bad on the HDD, then you are not authoring it properly.
