Showing Time in Scenarist?

Can someone please help me figure out how to get Scenarist to show the timecode during playback?
I've been able to create a DVD-R using Scenarist, but the timecode does not show up when I play it back... only "Play" shows up on my DVD player. Is it possible to get the time to show up? What step am I missing?
Many thanks for any help.

I have had the very same problem and I think it has to do with menus and language folders and its presence in the VMG and VTS files. My player (Philips DVD 711) only shows time if I have language folders and menus in both the VMG and VTS folders.
Try the following approach (it works for me!):
1. Put a language folder in both the VMG and the VTS folders
2. Put a menu in each of the language folders
2. Have the buttons in the menu in the VMG language folder point to the menu(s) in the VTS-folders (If you only have one VTS folder make one button). I know it sounds silly to have a menu with only one option but this approach works for me.
4. Have the buttons in the VTS language folder(s) point to your titles and chapters.

Many thanks for the suggestion Vulcan... it kinda worked. :)
I set up a English language folder and put a menu in it, under the VideoManager.
I then put a menu under the VTS folder along with 3 titles (the first has a video sequence and a still, the second has the main video streams).
Titles 1 and 2 still show "PLAY", but title 3 does show the time! Weird.
I am burning a disk right now with only 2 tracks to see what happens there, but was wondering if you have any insight into the situation?
Perhaps you could save a project that you have it working with and upload it to here? Then I could see how you have it set up.
Many thanks for any help!! You've gotten me a lot further already! :)
