dvd2svcd - CCE encoding issue

I have been using dvd2svcd for years to convert avi files to svcd and then burning them to dvd's. This process have worked well for me for a long time. Well i rebuilt a machine and for the last 2 weeks I have been trying to get dvd2svcd to work correctly again. The audio converts fine, but when I get to encode with CCE it stops until I manually hit the encode button. I am using the same install files from my original computer, so I know it works. I have been using d2s121b3.exe and d2roba378.exe and I have even tried the upgrades to both. I am using cce 2.67.

So for my question. Am I missing something silly? or should I just give up and look for another application to convert avi to svcd. if so does anyone have any suggestions?

I'd suggest an upgrade to D2S 123b1 and D2SRoBa 3.80 first.

Just tried both and still have the same issue. Weird thing is i dont believe it is the computer as I just tried to install on my work laptop and computer from my brother and i have the same problem.
