View Full Version : Problem with DVD Decrypter Stream Processing

I am having a problem with decrypting DVDs for conversion for use on a Creative Zen Vision M. Whenever I decrypt a movie only or an episode from an episodic DVD using IFO Mode, the time stamp ends up goofed up. Once I import the VOB into Recode or Pinnacle Studio 10, the time listed is much shorter than the actual time of the video. The resulting converted video ends up truncated and the audio ends up out of sync. By creating a video_ts.ifo with IFOEDIT and then running the resulting files through VobBlanker, I can fix the VOB, but that is time consuming. Anybody have any ideas as to what is causing my problem?

Hi!

I'm guessing that you're dealing with a "RipGuard" copy-protected DVD, which must be "cleaned" using VOBBlanker (or "FixVTS") after initially ripping with DVD Decrypter.

What is the Title and Region of the DVD?

All Region 1. Family Guy - Disc 3 Season 2 and Yours, Mine and Ours.

I'm afraid my speculation was wrong. The 2005 version of "Yours, Mine and Ours", a Paramount Release doesn't contain "RipGuard" copy protection...

You should remove your serial number from the NERO Recode log you've posted...
