how can i split HDmpeg or Pva file?

i need a splitter for HDtv files(mpg or pva)
i want to make a graph for ProgDVB and i need a splitter to decode audio and video.
any help?

when you say hdmpeg, do you mean a mpeg-ts file or something else?
