i use TMPEGEnc and tprivtc for manul ivtc, but sometimes i should do the deinterlacing to some frames(one frame out of five for example) after manul ivtc. is there any way to deinterlace these frames without doing deinterlacing the other frames?

You could use AVISynth, with TIVTC or Decomb. They offer pulldown matching with post-processing then decimating.

but i still prefer manual ivtc for a better quality. sometimes decomb give me a wrong result after the field matching.

If there are really really less frames left interlaced read about trim and (aligned)spice in the avisynth documentation. Also you can use the override possibilities of decomb and tfm to correct wrong matchings.

I typically use TIVTC and use the override command to manual IVTC the leftover combed frames.
