Pgcedit--link from the menu of title 1 to title 2.

I have a dvd that I set up with tmpgenc dvd author. I want to change one of the chapter links in the title 1 menu to go to title 2. Title 2 is an ac3 audio with still picture I authored with muxman. I have tried to simply to change the command from "(JumpVTS_PTT) Jump to TTN 1, Chapter 7" to "(JumpTT) Jump to Title 3" and also tried to change it to "Jump to VTSM 2, Root menu(TTN 1)". When I change it, the command flashes red and turns pink.

I suppose title 2 is in a different VTS. If so, the jump must first be to a dummy PGC in VMGM which Jumps to title 2.
